Understanding the Hybrid System Indicator/CHG-ECO-POWER Gauge

I recently bought a used Toyota C-HR Hybrid Flame 2021 ZYX11L-AHXNBW 1798 cc 122 HP and I'm curious about the Hybrid System Indicator/CHG-ECO-POWER Gauge on the dashboard. Could someone please explain what it shows and how to use it?
Sorry if these are basic questions, but I don't have the Toyota manual. Any help would be great. Thanks!

- Does the higher in eco zone mean the battery is draining faster?
- Does the higher in power zone mean the gas consumption is higher?
- Does the higher in CHG zone mean the battery is charging better?
