So is the terminal end that you connect the charger to inside the car after a harness if fitted?
Have you a link to a suitable type?
Thanks

No, its original too short for that. No more that 1-2FT or so.. but its no problem to extend that yourself.

Looks like this :

You connect the connector-rings to your 12v battery and plug in (and plug out) yur trickle charger.

Have myself a classic Corolla stored in in garage that i drive only few times a year.. its 24/7 on a trickle charger (make/model is Battery Tender Junior 800) and the 10 year old battery is still powerfull enough to get it started every time. Just need to unplug it before a drive and connect it when parked.

Thanks.
Talking to them on Twitter. I am told to maintain the battery I should start it and leave on for 1 hour or drive each week.
I replied that on my return from a 2 week vacation or business abroad, I will be stranded at the airport and a bill for a new battery. Awaiting their reply. Will update later.

I understand your point.. and seems also very fair. Hope Toyota UK can give solution.

If I had been told previously, there wouldn’t have this issue. After all, they contact you for revenue, services etc

Good evening, looking for advice, i have the C-HR 2018, i hadn't driven it in about a week, went out yesterday and seemed like the battery was dead flat, so charged it up and got it going, went out this afternoon and exactly the same, any ideas on what it could be?
P.S i have checked and there's nothing being left on that i can see, the security indicator light still flashes when the car is locked.

I've got 2018 dynamic. Has issue twice with flat battery after leaving car for 3 days over the weekend. Spoke to my toyota dealer and they checked for battery drainage when car was locked up. They couldn't find any reason for battery going flat they replaced the battery and no issues since and it's been left twice for 11days in airport carpark and started 1st push of button. So maybe some duff batteries going around. I do carry a noco gb40 under drivers seat just incase tho.
Nebula blue dynamic.
Sports pack.wind deflectors.mudflaps etc.
With interior blue leds. And carbon addon bits. Running on shell V-Power.
