Combustion

Post by Jatski » Thu May 16, 2019 11:35 pm

I've heard about hybrid cars with potential underbonnet fires but has anyone any information as to whether it applies to 1.2T?

Never heard such thing for hybrids (or the 1.2),
not from Toyota.
I've heard lots of Mercedes caught fire(at least here in Portugal) but never a Toyota, hybrid or not.

True, just googled it, still, they might have recalled before it got serious which in my opinion is good.
All brands have recalls, beeig fire, brakes, airbags, etc.
