I know this has been discussed in previous posts, however, my car has gone in today for a fix on this issue.
Toyota technical have a bulletin out to improve/fix DAB reception issue. I found this out after insisting they find a fix for my poor reception.
I’m told the fix is to add an in-line suppressor to aerial cable and update/change DAB module behind dash.
It’s an all-day job. My only concern is introduction of squeaks and rattles - as the dash needs to be removed to access module.
Anyway, I’ll update and let you know if this fixes the very poor DAB reception I get from mine. Kia company car is great with no loss of signal - anywhere.

There is no need for the dash to come out, the DAB module needs a Software update ( done via USB ) and the filter goes on the power supply to the forward facing camera heater unit at the top of the windscreen.

Yeah, they said software was up-to-date, so assumed it was due to my uploading of the latest Sat Nav and software package before it went in.

They added a filter to DAB aerial cable - apparently. Feels like it has improved it, but not been out much since.

UPDATE - DAB issue still not fixed, so its back in next week for this & Excessive condensation in car.

Had car back today after it went back in for DAB and condensation issues. The outcome is:-
DAB - nothing we can do. We’ve done all we can.
Condensation - nothing we can do. No leaks in car. Leave the A/C on to duhumidify.

My DAB reception is very poor also, but improves if I unplug my Qi wireless phone charger. Do you have anything like this in yours?

It is better now tbh. It still drops out in certain areas, so have to live with it.
