Yep, I'm thinking the same.
I'm wondering if the cruising system supposes it is still working. On the other hand I think I have never stopped the cruiser by pushing the on/off button when I am back home. I have believed it goes off when I shut down the C-HR.
This is how I've done: C-HR fire up, driving, cruising on, braking (cruising goes off, but does it?), at home, shut down C-HR (now the cruising must go off at least, but does it?).
In my previous car (Honda Civic 2007 - good car but too low for me nowadays) cruise control was selected by a a physical button and it can be seen that it is on but about these software buttons -I'm not so sure. But I will also test this option tomorrow.
