Winter Wheels
Where I live winter tyres are mandatory so I am now looking at buying a set of wheels instead of swapping the summer ones on my 18" rims, so I thought I would drop down to 17" for winter and maybe get steel rims, has anyone put 17" steel rims on their C-HR? Do they have to be type approved in the UK? I seem to remember being told I couldn't put steel rims on my Auris as there was no type approval at the time.

Re: Winter Wheels
I got a set of genuine 17" alloy wheels (used) for the wintertires. That way you can use same wheelnuts also.
..and it looks much better as those black steelies.

Re: Winter Wheels
Look for some used RAV4 wheels as they are the same.
I kept my set of winter wheels from my 2006 RAV4 with Vredstein winters on and I swap them each winter.
Don't forget that the TPS valves cost a small fortune though if they are not already in.
If they are, Toyota garage will program your car with the new signal for about £70.
