Of course. If 10cm = measurement A and 12.5cm = measure B, then A should be equal to or greater than B. Otherwise, the front of the car could break. Sorry my bad English. :(

Non HSD: 160mm
HSD: 148mm

At least that's what clearance should be
HSD in Earth Bronze (a.k.a. Havana Brown)

So even at 125mm (the highest part of my hybrid) that's a drop of 23mm.
