Yes that’s default on the 1.2 and on every new car I know...
How weird... Wonder why it's not activating on mine??

So what does the Hold function do that's different, exactly?
Hi. I own the Hybrid so mine is different to yours, and the hill start comes on automtically.
However, on my wife’s Aygo the hill start has to acticated as follows.
Pull up on the hill. Now press the brake pedal down firmly. The hill start is now activatedand you can remove your foot from the brake pedal and the brakes will stay on for a couple of seconds.
Might the 1.2 CHR have the same system?
Thanks, I'll give it a try!

I notice you're located just down the road from me as well....!

Hi, Folks!

Just got my new CHR and have one huge question about its head unit.
I picked my CHR with max available config that was possible for M/T and FWD. Touch 2 & GO including Navi should be in line with all top models.
Got the user manual that suggests DAB radio, WiFi and the button for voice control on steering wheel.
Well the problem is that there is no WiFi availability, only BT, and no DAB on the head unit. The voice control button tells me that I do not have this available.

Googled about the head unit, but got confused and starting to get really angry.

Could someone please explain the differences and may be have a clue why a top config has no top features? Just to be certain as I am going to the dealer next week to have some chat about that.

Head unit shows:
Softwareversion: HE3947
ModelID: 13TXDAEU-CA04

Appreciate Your comments. Thank You.

DAB is not available in Baltic states. I think in Latvia it also wouldn't be of any use - there are no DAB stations there, or is there?
I've also got top package that was available in 2017 and it has voice recognition (which is useless if English isn't your native language) and WiFi connectivity (used it a couple times when near home and connected to home WiFi)

Thanks. I am not sure about the DAB stations, which actually is least of my concern. WiFi and voice control that is my concern I expected that and as I`ve been given the user manual which includes all of it.
I` ve been using Hondas for 11 years where every function was working as described. Voice control in English is not a problem. Sometimes I was using it.
The wifi however is useful feature if You have a hotspot in the car which I was considering of puting there.

The only difference between Hybrid top cfg and manual cfg should be that JBL sound is not available which is pity, but ok, can live with that.
That is according the dealership` s brochures.

I doubt there are separate manuals for every configuration. Both WiFi and DAB in manuals are marked as "If equipped". If dealer/brochure said it's included, then it should be. I'd contact my dealer

Hi, there!
New owner question here: how can I scroll contacts list(shown at head unit) to find specific contact and then to call this contact? And how to do all this steps from steering wheel?

Besr regards!

Thanks all - seems bizarre the audio doesn't at least reduce playback volume when guidance is active.

RE: Hill assist - it's whatever the function is that should stop you from rolling back when you're on an incline.
Funny you should say that, as this week I was thinking how great it was not to have the damn Satnav interrupting my Guns n Roses
My old Volvo did and I hated it

So now I just keep an eye on the map while my music is playing which you can do as you don't need the music screen on if you still want to listen to music.
