I got BT working.

I installed these 2 apps from Google Play:
- Bluetooth Autoplay Music
- Pi Music Player

I also changed AVRCP 1.4 -> 1.5, but I don't know if it did any impact. If you want to change this (or something else) you need to set "Developers settings" on.

I mean that bluetooht music playback will not be stay "loading" forever, but will start play music as it should:
1. mobile is in your pocket and BT is on
2. C-HR is started and music starts (if BT is selected in the C-HR's player)

Crannog: I would like to know what Toyota says.

Well, if it happens with different phones also, it's something in the multimedia system,
Do you know if they tried the "reset extension box" from the hidden menu?
How do you get to this hidden menu ??

I play Spotify via BT from my phone. Works fine and sound quality is very good.

I also have music on my USB. I found that folder types need to be set to Music and not General. This makes it easier for system to pick up artist, album info etc.

Method 1:
Recommended if you can turn on the head lights manually:
Turn on «IG» and wait for complete start-up.
1. Press and hold the «INFO» button
2. Flip the headlights quickly 3x on and off

Method 2:
Recommended if you cannot turn on the head lights manually (automatic light sensor):
Turn on «IG» and wait for complete start-up.
1. Switch to «Audio off» mode by pushing the «Power/Volume» knob
2. Press the «MENU» button
3. Touch «Display»
4. Touch «Screen off»
5. Press quickly 5x «CH>»
6. And immediately 5x «<TRACK»

Second method will do the job for Orange one.
I can't say I tried it, never need to. It's copy/paste from Troubleshooting_MM17_EN manual.
