Hi all,

So I thought it'd be good to ask if anyone has received any compansation from the windscreen issue or any delays.

It'd be good to know what everyone else can ask for, even if it's a measly £50 or a full tank... every little helps!

You can alway,s ask for a courtesy car and petrol you pay yourself (as you normally do when you drive your car).

You dealer here in Cyprus have me a courtesy car for 18days as they quoted end of April and I didn't get it until 17th May.
If you don't ask you won't get!

When I was given the CcHR for the day, I was not asked to top the car up, after completing quite a few miles, before picking up my car at the end of the day.

I should hope not, you had to drive out of you way to the dealer and back and in the inconvenience and time you wasted, the least they can do is to fund your fuel for the day.
