I know it doesnt come with it, but does the C-HR come with a well to carry one ??

Yeah. It raises the floor level via a different polystyrene insert
I'd suggest run about with their can of foam, but maybe consider keeping a space saver in your garage/home for emergencies. Might make sorting a puncture easier.
Tempting fate now but I prefer to have the space for luggage....or my wife's shopping....
