I have a very strange rattling coming from front left (A pillar) when moving on highways with speeds between 80km/h and 120 km/h. It is very annoying. I can't understand where it is coming exactly from but I think it's somewhere between left side mirror, the little triangle window and the dashboard near the A pillar.

It is very very annoying when travelling and it reminds me, my old fiat punto (everything was rattling after a couple of years). In other respects the car is dead silent inside. In slow speeds or inside the city I can't hear any rattle, not even when passing speed bumps or potholes.
Has anyone else the same problem?

Could it be the rear number plate?

Yes I had read it. Its not wind noise. Its something like rattling. And I think it comes from the interior.
Bear in mind the speaker vents next to the pillars are not fixed. They are loose and move around.
I have had to stick mine in place to stop them moving and vibrating. It is most likely that that is causing the weird sound which it was in mine.

If not then no idea! @:)

Merly, not a bad idea.
I pressed the speaker (tweeter) grill and i think the rattling had gone ( at least for now)
Thanx for the tip!!

Its the speaker grill.
Had same rattle for a few weeks till I found it.
Going to see how it comes of and try and use something to prevent it happening again.

I think mine does the same when i hit potholes
Mine comes and goes randomly. I'm not sure if its the speaker grill or something else.

I also noticed if window is half open then it rattles a litle over potholes but it doesnt doing it when it is completely closed.

I think the cause of my rattling (at stable speeds and flat roads) is the dealership's alarm installation. Maybe the wires of alarm cabin sensors interact with some interior panels...

I have the same symptoms regarding window.
