MarkyMUK, yes I was told at point of order my car was already in Portbury Docks and that if I was desperate I could have had it at the start of this week! Happy to wait until today of course. It seems it was still there last night, possibly even now! (I'm also in Somerset so fortunately not too far to get it to the dealer!).
An anxious wait for me today, enjoy yours!
Hi Guys,
Goodluck and enjoy your first drive of your own car that you ordered and the smile on your face when you leave the dealership, I was like a kid in a candy store when I drove out of the dealership behind the wheel of mine
Lovely drive although think sales guy had put lane assist on by mistake which kept going off on twisties to work (unless it's on by default?)
Can anyone tell me
1) How many miles have to be covered before it gives and average full consumption as an actual figure?
2) Does it show 'range' as my 20yr old jag and 10yr old Audi have this feature
Yes does show range - press down on the right hand steering wheel buttons to change the display. I seem to be getting a fairly accurate consumption after 30 miles
Lovely drive although think sales guy had put lane assist on by mistake which kept going off on twisties to work (unless it's on by default?) my dealer turned it off as he said it was a pain rear in the display between the speedo etc scroll right with the steering wheel controls till the menu shows (( car symbol )) and that display will show a dotted lines each side and a car moving lane just press the . and that will turn it on and off.
2) Does it show 'range' as my 20yr old jag and 10yr old Audi have this feature yes in the display between the speedo and charge/speedo scroll up/down with steering wheel controls and it will come up on one of the screens it's also in the map. radio dipaly press the car symbole and choose top option.
