I haven't received my CHR yet but I've been waiting close to six weeks now! Every now and again I come to this site to check out the gallery and see peoples new cars. Recently, however, whenever I see one's photos I appear to have a sense of distain and no longer wish to own one!

Anyone else feel the same?

Absolutely not. The more I see it the more I love it.
What on earth has made you not like the look of it?

I mean you actually ordered one so what's changed between then and now?
Doubt you will find many people here that have decided they don't like the look of the car but I might be wrong.

I have always seen this car a bit like Marmite. You are either going to love it or hate it but not grow to hate it?

Strangely I just looked at another one someone just picked up and I liked the look of it.... perhaps it's the angles or something of the photos...

I think colour has a big part to play but I like the look of the car from any angle.

I love my one and after 5 months I still think it looks awesome .as merly says colour has a lot to do with it. Some photos just don't do it Justice .

I'm waiting for 10 weeks now. I was like a child before xmas at the beginning. Every day I was looking for new photos and reading forums. After a while, about 6-8 weeks, I had a doubt like "is this as exceptional as you thought?".
Now I have to wait less a week and.. I want it. I want it! So excited again.

I finally bit the bullet today and put my deposit down for a 1.2 manual Excel in White. Its due in to the dealer on 31 May and I am due to collect it on Saturday 3 June. I was surprised it will be so quick. Why are some people having to wait so long for what I assume are Factory builds ?There arent many factory fit multiple build combinations as everything seems to be standard. Only the cosmetic dealer fitted additions which I think just cheapen the look.

Been waiting since middle of January for mine and finally get my hands on it tomorrow!
The wait is finally over, sick of watching you tube clips and seeing everybodies photos on here, and I myself considered going for something else because of the wait.
But everytime I see one in the flesh (metal) I just smile and think can't wait.
People at work have started seeing them and they all love them.
Photos and you tube clips do not do the car justice.

See I actually like the look the of the Brown having seen a few. Will definitely be rare out there though.

I've never had a car before that makes me smile like my C-HR. All previous cars were boring - Not anymore though ☺ I've had mine several weeks and I've still not allowed my husband to drive her - very possessive about her 😆 I did worry once I'd ordered mine as hadn't seen many on the roads but I known made the right decision

Absolutely. I have never owned a car that I have been so protective over before. I love driving it and tbh I love the looks it gets off people. Especially as you glide past in EV mode and they are trying to work out if its powered by Fairy dust.
