I suspect this is common knowledge and I am just late arriving but I discovered by chance yesterday that holding down the Voice Control button accesses the iPhone Siri service.

I may even find that useful one day!

Use it all the time to activate music, artists, phone, weather etc cool eh

Yeah, this is really handy, but our experience is that if you activate "Hey Siri" on your phone it works and responds much faster than holding down the button on the sterring wheel for 3 seconds. Now we just say 'Hey Siri' and the command right after and the iPhone responds.
