I was just looking at the MY TOYOTA web site when i noticed this Font Parallel Rectangle Screenshot Number

i knew that the car could upload and receive info from toyota ,such as sending a map route from your pc ,but didnt notice this until i did a send and receive info from the car, i want to have a play but the wife keeps saying no you will brake it :!:

i know that when the car connects to the net via my phone it warns of charges, but im not brave enough to tick the entry and start system in case it locks me out as we have the smart key entry system.
on reflection
i think it is the message on the display telling you to press the brake pedal to start engine that can be turned off

You're lucky that you can get into MyToyota. Whenever I try after logging on it just sits there with the "spinner" going round.

And yes I have deleted cookies, tried different browser and PC - all to no avail. I shall wait until I get my C-HR and then bang somebody's head!

yes you have to wait until the dealer enters the vin number a creates an account for you and then your off
There's no requirement for the dealer to do anything for your "MyToyota" access. It is self contained on the Toyota website. You don't even need to add your car to look through what is there but obviously it won't be tailored to you or your vehicle specifically until you do.

I have been going through stuff on there quite a bit today ready for the car delivery with no issues. Give them a shout David63 as if you have created a login it should be working. :)
like you said it wont be tailored to your car so its not really any good except for downloading the manuals as without your car details it does not give you any vehicle specific information .

the more about toyota at the bottom is useful
there is a lot of stuff you cannot access until your car is registered thats why it is called MY TOYOTA. yes you can create an account just remember to take the login info with you when you go to pick your car up

i know chrome has a few issues with the site as i have to use edge to get it load properly myself

Manual says only dealer is allowed to change some of the setting and in the screenshot I see you can change these from My Toyota (like Light sensor sensitivity). Awesome if You really can change these yourself
well i ticked the boxes but i changed them back, will have a go one day

the light sensitivity box gives you a +1+2 0 -1-2
Ah.. My bad. I must've misread this one :) It appears light sensor can be changed in Navigation system. So I suppose manual is right, you can't change these settings which are marked only in third column (means only dealer or some repairer can change these), right?

It is listed on my log in page and when I say "This is my car" (or whatever the wording is) it just sits there with the spinner going round.
might be worth popping into the dealers and see if they can login.
if all else fails they will be able to create an new account ready for your c-hr
or you could do it yourself if you have another email address
Does anyone know how you can access a planned journey from MyToyota to your car? I saved a journey on MyToyota earlier but when can't seem to access it in the car despite trying the send and receive data function. Does anyone have any ideas?
