Hey guys my sat nav has stopped talking I double checked it's not muted. Anyone any ideas. Also when it did talk it was quiet. How do u turn it up

I think I know it. You can turn it up and down only when its speaking just pressin volume buttons on steering wheel. Touch the arrow that indicates the direction on touchscreen when you're on route and inmediately turn volume up.
