Had an issue today driving on the M6, had the radar cruise on but it turned off, saying the sensor was dirty.

Then about 5 mins later it came back on. When I stopped and looked there were a few tiny bugs on the sensor but it worked fine.

I'm a bit obsessive about cleaning the car at the moment so the sensor is always clean :)

Anyone else had this?

Not yet but the manual does mention to keep sensors clean. If not, these problems can occur.
Cheers, it was clean apart from a few tiny gnat like bugs. As it sorted itself out I thought it may be a software issue rather than a physical blocking of the sensor.

I shall monitor it! :)

Last weekend I had a highway trip and all the front of the car was bugs and shit :D I even had to pull out from beneath the hood a ~5-8 cm long some kind of bug  ACC and all other sensors worked perfectly.

I've had this a couple of times - usually when car gets a little dirty and/or rain is heavy. It does correct though after a while. I just wipe grille badge over with a bit of rag as and when I get out of the car or just wash the car.

I thought the sensors were all at the top of the windscreen behind the rear view mirror.
No, radar sensor is behind grille badge. Camera at top of screen is for RSR and AHB.
