My C-HR should come with a projection of the logo when unlocking the door. Well it doesn't do that. Today I drove for the first time in the late evening/night. After a nice night out I came back to my car and was hoping to see the projection for the first time. There was nothing.

Do you have to turn it on in some way?

I think it comes with keyless entry system only. First make sure that your car has that feature.
Check under the side mirrors. If you a see small hole under each mirror then, that's the logo projector. Mine "comes in life" not only when unlocking the car but also when the car "senses" that I'm near of it and its dark outside. I haven't notice any settings about activating it in car menus.

Also i have noticed when the logo is on, the blue interior leds are lighting up too (cupholders etc.) even if the car is locked.

Thanks ans, I think that did it. The setting was off.
I will check later this evening when it gets dark if it is working.

There does seem to be a slight bug that means if you look at the customisation screen settings they will default to off. So once set leave them alone.

You don't have to wait until it is dark. They always work when approaching or unlocking the door.

Just hold your hand just below the mirror and you will see the light.

Both Puddle lamps and interior lamps light up when i go near the car with key

it's changed on the 8" display under settings. Btw. my logo in one side have a few small light 'blobs'.. I have seen the posts regarding the logo going fubar.. should I worry ?

only worry when they get bad ,then take it to the dealer as it will be under warranty
