Well I'm no beginner to the Internet forum, I started on my first 15 years ago when internet and forum weren't mutually exclusive :)

I know most arise as a result of poor service or perceived poor service and have been massively helpful for many people in communicating with companies or their representatives.

I just wanted to post a positive note regarding my local Toyota dealer who have been quick and helpful regarding my problems with my C-HR.

I won't post the name yet as I'm not sure how these thing go, but will do if asked :)

Well said Pelforth and I agree
I think I've said it on a different string but I've had car since middle of March and I really really like it.
Yes I had the windscreen go but Motorline Horsham sorted it out with minimal fuss and (ok an Auris estate :) ) I'm back on road gobbling up the miles
Dealer was helpful friendly and non pushy whilst we pondered. Haven't heard much from them recently but I'm not expecting a how are you doing email every 5 mins either!!
I'm pretty confident that if I drove in tomorrow both "my" salesman and the manager would be as happy to see me as if I was a new customer.

I think that is the nature of the Internet, people are much more likely to highlight problems than good points

I'm very pleased with my car and it compares very favourably with the BMW X3 I changed from

Cheers chaps, that's what I was trying to say :)

I used RRG in Stockport, where I bough my old Avensis from and they have been excellent, I'm now on first name terms with the manager, not sure if that's good or bad!

Sadly due to a sick relative in Gloucester I've put nearly 1000 miles on the car in the last two weeks, the only thing that has made me smile is getting into my C-HR either end.

My dealer was excellent, and had a text from the sales guy asking if all was ok, sent them a link to the forum as reward.
Still love my c-hr, still getting admiring looks and questions asked

Got already about 11000km on my C-HR in just 8 months. Time for a reviewing update.

Im still very happy with it. No problems, not needed to contact the dealer for a anything.
Only time i went there was to put my TPMS from winterwheels into the system. While i was busy with the coffee it was parked in front of the door again. Done free of charge.

Fuel consumption really good. Every time i calculate the amount of KM and liter and its 5L/100km or better!

Dont i have anything to cry? Well.. the minus things are the interior plastics that scratch very fast, the side and rear of the car that gets dirty very fast and it has no low washer fluid warning. The fact it has no LED lights for licence plate and other lights i fixed myself. Even the way-too-dark rear side windows will be replaced by normal glass.

Its my first hybrid and my first one with automatic gearbox. And i still like it all very much!
When accelerating full throttle the engine will be loud and present, when engine is cold it sometimes sounds like a coffee grinder but like the relaxed drive and have no need to go fast every time. Mostly it runs smooth and silent but step on the pedal and there is torque and the noise that belongs to it.

I got a random licenceplate number of 777. That means ´Jackpot´ and its still very true. :D

The sales guys at Vantage Solihull were brilliant. A couple of niggles before I took ownership were sorted without fuss. Brilliant service. !!
