Phone contacts not showing on in-coming calls

Hi, a newbie here. I've linked my phone to my 69 C-HR and all the contacts show when I go into the phone function. But when I receive a call, it displays as unknown number even though the contact exists. Probably user-error, but any suggestions? TIA

My problem is, that’s when somebody calls me. It shows no caller ID not when I called when somebody else calls me how do I fix it?

Caller ID not showing, only numbers

Hi, I’ve just swapped from a 17 plate 1.2 dynamic to a 21 plate 1.8 hybrid. When I get a phone call or message now on the 1.8, it doesn’t display who the call is from. All of my contacts show on the car phone book but when I make or receive a call or text it shows the number and not Caller ID...
