The price of a CHR depreciates quickly; this is evident from my recent research of used/demonstrator CHRs.

There's a Dynamic model with just over 6k miles and it's a 17 reg and priced at £22,500. Looking to part exchange my 64 Reg Aygo as PCP ends in May so 6 months remaining. The outstanding finance is 5,500 and cars part exchange value is between 5,850 and 5,998. What should I do? Go for new CHR or used??

I had noticed some 6 plates that were getting close to the £20k mark.

I intend to keep mine for a few years, but if I were looking in May 18 I'd go used, mainly because:

1) you can have the spec you want at least a third off the price new
2) No road tax pre 1st April 2017
3) Balance of warranty

Try Autoebid - https://www.autoebid.com/ for a decent discount on new ones. They were the only place we found giving any discount. Carwow etc were rubbish as they all replied with zero discounts. Autoebid just find a dealer with the lowest quote from your chosen spec. My wife ordered in September and it arrived start of November. Process was so simple. I'll be using these guys when switching my car next year.
