Yes - love it.

First hybrid for me and it replaced my VW Touareg. I can carry just about everything I did in the Touareg for holidays in France including 2 x EMTB’s on the factory towbar. As we no longer have a dog which used to occupy the rear seat, I don’t need to use a roofbox.

I did a write up a little while ago and still love it - here:

+1 for the above iv owned my24 C-HR Gr Sport since January and still get a buzz driving it yeah it's a car but it is a good all rounder.

It's got way more safety features and tech than my previous car although the JBL system could do with a bit more humph and kick other than that I can't find fault

Depends what you mean by quick enough? It's quick enough off the mark smooth acceleration around 1700revs at 70mph and if you want to push it then yeah it does go but I tend to stick to speed limits but for a big car it's nippy

Agree with this - there has been complaints about the audible warnings (eg when going over the speed limit) but they aren’t too obtrusive IMHO and better to have safety features than not 👍

I have a GR Sport since Jan 2024. A bit over 30k km already.
First the nasty things:
  • it f..g beeps! Can't be stopped! You get used to it, like start ignoring it.
  • could have more gadgets. Like autoleveling headlaps. Or 360 cameras. Or LED indicators on the back.
  • buttons on steering wheel could have better logic.
  • significantly more expensive.
  • wireless charging is at best a joke. But to be fair I'm yet to see any half decent wireless charging. If you want your phone to charge, plug it to the USB port.

Good things:
  • it solved the visibility issue the previous model had. Like a lot better!
  • headlights are even better than from previous model. Even without autoleveling it's still better.
  • significantly more powerful when pressing the gas.
  • fuel consumption. My average is somehow 0.6-0.7l/100km lower then the Orange one. Across all weather. Same drivers, mostly the same roads.
  • much sparter in using sensors. Orange one hits the breaks hard when someone is far from the back of the car. This one doesn't have that problem and it's smarter.
  • cruise control is much easier to use and configure to what you want. Makes a good difference when driving long distance.

A bit more context. I still have and use the Orange launch edition from Jan 2001. Also a 2l engine, but different "era". By far the best C-HR from that "edition". But the new one has grew up in the right direction.

I've just moved from a 2.0L Excel 2019 to the 2.0L premiere edition 2024 and it's a lot better than my previous one. It handles the road better around corners at speed and it has the same tyres as my previous one. It just seems to hug the road a lot better and is a better drive overall. The suspension feels very slightly stiffer but it's still a comfortable ride. I'm not sure what specification your car will have but the 360 cameras are excellent for parking. The head unit is a lot more responsive and easy to navigate and the drivers LCD dashboard is a big improvement over the original.

I have nothing bad to say about the car. I was torn whether to go up to the 2024 as I loved my old car, but I've not looked back at all. The only thing I miss is the heated steering wheel, but higher end models won't have heated steering wheels due to the capacitive touch steering wheels for the full self drive.
