Interesting .did very well
Did great compared to some rivals got to be happy with that
That is very good. Thanks MerlyWerly
Thank you for the link!
I think it did very well.
It's also worth watching the video:
Towards the end it shows how it avoids crash in almost all cases. I think Toyota Safety Sense is very good (a major reason I chose C-HR) and hope we see more cars with this technology.
It's also interesting to note that there are a lot of cars that get different ratings depending on what add on packs they have. The CHR however scored 5 across the board with all combinations even down to entry level icon. Combine that with the mouse test results and you have a very safe and reliable car. Very happy.
Moose not mouse lol

Interesting but distressing to see lovely C-HR's being smashed up.

I noticed that the passenger front airbag didn't go off on a frontal impact, perhaps as the seat wasn't occupied, is this normal?

Agree Alex as I've the basic UK Icon would be interested in taking any internal extras off them as fitted to higher specs
I'm pretty sure if the seat sensor doesn't detect a presence it wouldn't activate. I might be wrong but that's how it is in my Citroen.

Did you crash it to find out?
