for those people who have just got your cars and are finding a few bugs in the navi system update your system to the latest map which includes a few system fixes " Touch2 with go (plus) navigation system software fixes introduced with release version 6.9.0 L/H"
just thought i would bump this info up taken from Toyota eu web site

go to general setting scroll down, system information,will say at top of page
