I have just had a call from my Dealer asking me to take my c-hr in for a label change under recall. Does anyone have any details on this ?

It's the brake switch cover job, must be a safety label to go with it. I rang them up, brake ecu needs reprogramming, and brake switch and label need fitting

Thanks for info. Do you know if this is a serious safety issue - was hoping to leave to my service visit in early March

I would say that you're probably OK, they will check these need doing when your car goes in for a service anyway.

my cars in in the morning for 1st service and bits so will let you know what it is

the label gets stuck on page 64 of the handbook and warns about objects getting stuck in the switch so no drama ,the handbrake cover is ok looking but they didn't do my mirrors as they are on back order.
only plus is i got the service cheap as they said i had been quoted on the system as having a service for a yaris so they would honour the quote

They wanted to do mine when it was in for service but I told them not to it as I was happy with how it was. No problem with the dealer not doing it

Petrol tank inspection tank oke
the handbrake cover fitted
and the rest of the maintenance price 191 Euro

My service cost £165 but should have been £185
