Kerb damage to Diamond Cut Wheels

We have the Black and Chrome Diamond Cut wheels on our 2021 CHR. Both Fronts have been kerbed but Toyota are saying they can't do a repair because the wheel is a mixture of black paint and plain alloy. Anybody else experienced this and how have you overcome the problem? Thanks.

You would need to find an alloy wheel repair place that knows about diamond cut alloy wheels - to repair a diamond cut alloy wheel edge correctly you need a lathe.
Andy, where are you in the UK? I only ask because I know of a very good place in Cardiff! I took my previous Honda Civic there to have one of the wheels done and they were excellent. When I first went there, they were doing the wheels for a Maserati, a Lamborghini and a Range Rover, so I knew my Honda was safe there! If you’re miles away from Cardiff, I would suggest you just do your research. The beauty of the internet these days is that everyone likes to leave reviews for businesses!

Lots of positive posts on other forums about Lepsons, think they have depots in Gillingham Kent and Wolverhampton
