Is everyone who now has one pleased they do?

As the heading says really. If you have your C-HR now, do you like the car and if you changed another car to get this are you happy you did?

Mine is due a week on Friday. I always get doubts when I change my car, particularly when I'm just changing to get something newer.

I love my car now but I've had it 4 years and fancy that change.

So just after some re-assurance from people who actually have them i guess, that I'm moving to a great car.

Alex I want to see pics as yours is the same as I am getting :) Pretty please! :)
Maybe we can share what we like and dislike in our models - this would help to compare the 1.2t with the HSD or CVT vs. manual. Here are my +/- for the hybrid:

+
Looks - both outside and inside, the C-HR is gorgeous with excellent materials and beautiful design
Handling - the C-HR really is made for driving experience and especially with the 18" wheels it is superb for a crossover
Mileage of the Hybrid - except for PHV and EVs, I would not go back to standard petrol car. Since the temperatures increased above 5C, I regularly have city trips with up to 90 MPG.
Gadgets - I only miss Tesla Autopilot here. Honestly

-
Sound proofing - so far this is the only real issue I have with my C-HR. Call me spoiled if you wish, but for a £23000+ sedan I really find the soundproofing really bad. So bad that I can easily put it at Dacia level. And I am not talking about engine noise - every panel sound hollow and cheap. Hopefully in a month I should be able to fix it.
Accessories - by accessories I mean their absence. Just search for C-HR accessories in Japan and you will be amazed how many and different they are. For example: 9" multimedia with navigation and swirling lines on the back camera, body kits by Modellista and TRD, ambient lights not only for the legs and LED interior lights, OEM AC power adapter. Here in Europe we have much less for a much higher cost.
Power - really, the C-HR lacks power. A 2.5 litre/197 hp Hybrid powertrain from Rav4 would make wonders with the C-HR.

Regarding sound. I think major noise comes from e-cvt. Or you mean cracking sounds?
Thanks everyone. Keep any replies coming.

I know people have different models but replies are helpful.

My current car is great for speed but never really gets used. Has no gadgets really so any are a bonus.

I don't really do motorway mileage so perhaps interior noise not such an issue.

I've gone for white now as my current car in body work shape stands out more in white or yellow. Plus my last two cars were black. Now fancy a change.

My husband never understands my worry when changing my car. But it's big to me if I'm moving from a car I know I am happy with.

Plus I'm moving from a diesel to Petrol because I suspect I will be stung soon for that! Despite moving to diesel from Petrol on government advice to do so some years ago!

I can sense your excitement. For piccies see my post here http://www.chrforums.uk/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=175#p734 (under Introductions - Got it today on Jan 20.
I think that it is like any car - most things you like but there are always a few things that you preferred on a previous car. At the end of the day it is like most things in life - a compromise.
I ordered a base spec icon hybrid and have covered 750 miles in a week, I have two other cars to use but may well sell the Audi as don't think it will get driven much from now on :)

if you turn your music up loud enough you don't hear the insulation deficiencies
Picked my Dynamic up yesterday (1.2 auto). early days but very pleased so far. as with previous comments I think there are some things not as good as other bits but overall very pleased with the purchase so far :)
Love the car..

But....If the dealer can't fix the collision alarm going off continuously when its wet when you do not have any cars in front of you , then I have an unusable car and I will be rejecting it, handing it back under the 30 day rule and getting my money back...

Touch wood I haven't had this issue yet and I have been in some pretty heavy rain, so I am hoping that they can fix it for you.

I always now wipe the front emblem before a drive and haven't had the issue reoccur since.

OK I'd rather not have to but needs must!
Love the car.
Only downside is I think the resolution of the infotainment display is poor, I've seen better resolution on a Gameboy Colour. It looks really quite old fashioned.
Obviously you have eagle eyes. Not a problem for me.

I mean mostly external sources like sand, stones, diesel cars. The brakes also are quite noisy because their friction is amplified by the bare metal. Once the weather warms enough and I have the time, this will be solved for less than £200.

Could you tell us how you will solve it?
I'm happy, but there are some things buggy or not understandable.

The 12 hour clock, apart from the stone age design, no 24 hour mode in Europe?

When starting up when a mp3 song is playing you will hear a hickup in the song as soon as the infotainment system has fully booted.

When you cancel navigation during a direction prompt the last indicator gets "stuck" on the dashboard info panel.

The infotainment is slow and maps are outdated. Update december 2016 is using quarter 4 2015 maps.

No anti car jacking auto lock. It cannot be enabled through techstream either.

The lane assist could have been active like the Kia Niro or Hyundai Ioniq. They will stay in the middle of the lane and will also take curves on the highway without problems. Not a steeringwheel jolt as the C-HR does.

But when it comes to looks and driving fun... nothing beats the C-HR.
