I am sorry I know nothing about Dinitrol. But, I did find the engine a touch noisy when I first got it. Since then:
1. put it into eco mode. Much quieter.
2. Run it for 3 months/2600 miles, and it has got quieter.
3. Put in half a tank of 97 octane fuel (Bp ultimate)
and it now just hums along the road. I would certainly not be looking to spend money making it quieter.

Dinitrol is meant to reduce some noise from the road (claimed double reduce). Car's bottom part is covered in it. It becomes like a rubbery material of ~3mm thick.
