Did you download settings from myToyota to your car?
If yes, then that is the problem. It messes up the settings in the car because of a bug.
You can fix it by going into the vehicle settings menu on the center display. Select vehicle settings and then lighting settings. (i guess the menu's are called something like this, my car is in the Dutch language).
Here you have to set the timeouts to something other than off.
Then the lights will work again.
If the menu is greyed out... Make sure the car is fully turned on and in P. Wait for a minute.
