Hello,

My wife picked up "her" rather lovely C-HR Ltd Edition on Wednesday. It replaced her GT86 after less than 2 years / 13.5k.

She craved practically & was using my Fiat Panda Cross more & more. A great car but not hers or really to her liking.

I saw the C-HR at Geneva a couple of years back, before you could see the interior. I loved it & had it pegged as my favourite affordable car of the show.

I saw it at the UK launch but was a bit disappointed with the engine / transmission options as I wanted it to replace my rugged Panda.

I'm glad I held off as the Hybrid is quite superb. We're both quite smitten already.

Slightly worried about the windscreen issue though.....

My wife having this as the practical car means I get to choose the car for the performance side of the drive.

Hence, brand new Abarth 595 180 bhp on order :D It'll join the C-HR, our classic Alfa Spider & my little Abarth Seicento toy.

I hope to be able to post positive things only & to ask questions around the wonderful tech the car has. It's a little unfathomable just now....lol.

I'd post a picture but can't work that out!

The dealer (FRF Toyota in Swansea) have been brilliant.

Cheers,

Simon & Clare

Welcome. Talking to a lot of members on here who have the choice of other 'sporty' cars it is amazing how many prefer driving the C-HR. I just spent a week away in the SLK I have access too and couldn't wait to get back to the C-HR.
