Hi guys

Nice to see a C-HR forum!

I ordered my C-HR at the start of the month, delivery date is this week so a bit excited to say the least.

I've gone for the 1.8 CVT Auto Dynamic in Nebula Blue with the black roof.

On the test drive I was impressed with how quiet it was and it's responsiveness. Then I read some of the professional reviews and got worried but I've stuck to my gut instinct!

So anyways, nice to meet you all! :D

Welcome mate. I'm literally down the road from you just past Uttoxeter. So we can swap notes and compare sometime 馃榾

As for the professional reviews I think some of their comments are unfounded. Noise being one of them. It's one of the comfiest quietest drives I've ever had. I've had six cars in five years so trust me I've heard some noisy ones. Hope you find the forums useful

Deffo have to have a meet up pal. Acton Trussell is 32 mins South of me :)

There is a Moat House there isn't there? My dad used to go there for his company annual meeting and rewards night bless him.
Just off the M6 junction if I remember rightly.

If we ever sort some meet ups out staffs is a good place to have them with it being central I'd imagine.

Hope the wait for your car goes super quick

Got mine on Thursday (hybrid) and as happy as a dog with four tails.
Don't always listen to the "experts" they climb out of a Lotus and into a CHR in ten minutues so rust your gut.
Still finding gadgets days later!
Got this for 3 years and looking forward to all of them
Christ, its a Toyota, what could possibly go wrong?

Went for the same as me, fantastic colour and car. Some reviews very positive but some make mention of noisy engine - I'm amazed because I can barely hear it kicking in. Light foot is the key. Very smooth.

Welcome Tonky! Lovely colour, and these cars are great fun in sport mode in particular/. Enjoy!
I think I need people to convince me NOT to use the Sport button or I can see me never turning it off
