Some genuine Toyota parts (of sporty pack, suv pack, mudflaps...) need also drilling.. this because you cannot stick such parts.

The Chinese ones are made of Stainless steel according to the ad. For the price it can be reasonable good products. The ones from Toyota will cost you much much more.

I noticed also that my JDM parts were much better in detail and better finished as the EU ones.

If drilling the front part of the front bumper is a big no no, you'd probably get away with just using the underneath screws and double sided tape along with promotor on the front, putting in false screws to maintain the image!?

Looks really nice. How bad was the drilling of the front bumper?
You could stab a screw driver through this bumper. Go feel yours it's plastic with a piece of foam behind it. Don't ask me how i know. I barely hit something and poked a hole. I ordered one in mail. I was shocked it came all folded and duck taped this was my biggest bumper near top and engine and where the fake lights are. It's all one piece. Well I took it outside to compare praying that the car had to have a thicker bumper then this. Nope to my disapproval it was exactly the same. Really made me view the car differently. I know cars are made of plastic but this was so thin and a huge shock. I originally thought about getting a vintage car not super vintage one with air maybe from early 80s. I hope i made right decision. Cars back then were so much easier to work on and at least had chrome bumpers. It's unbelievable how thin and plastic composed our cars are. It's to keep up with environmental regulations and mpg I guess? Or maybe just see how much plastic they can put before people protest buying them. I'm about ready to sell the damn thing. I don't want that bumper standing between me and a head on Collison. The engine would instantly be in my lap from slightly serious wreck. No protection whatsoever. What are the doors made of crumpled tin cans

The bumper is deliberately thin and flexible to absorb impact and energy when it deforms.
its also that was to pass the various pedestrian impact tests.

If you’re in a smash the structure of the car is designed to fold and absorb major impacts, that’s why the CHR scores so highly in the crash tests...
