Debadging

I'd love to debadge the C-HR and simply leave the Toyota emblems on it. I'm reluctant to do it until I know if they're going to reveal bracket holes underneath or not; but struggling to find anyone who's actually attempted it.

All searches have only turned up how to remove the emblem and change the background and even these aren't for the C-HR.

Has anyone here attempted to remove the any of the badges themselves?

just had a look and they all look to be stuck on with 3m tape, personally i will be leaving the badges on as HYBRID says the future is here and im in it ;)
a good soak with wd40 will soften the glue,

I just took the dealer/toyota decals on the glass off.

Albeit being a pain to wax or polish around I'll be leaving my badges on, typically when I see an unbadged car I always assume they've the lowest in the engine range and want it to look like one with a larger lump. :)

Usually a hair drier and some dental floss does the trick if you're keen?

lucky the dealer only put their name on the number plates so no messy badges for me,
The hybrid badges above the front arches do my head in. A car designed to have big sweeping curves doesn't deserve badges to detract from those curves. I can appreciate that Toyota will obviously want them there to promote the hybrid tech but I feel the tailgate badges are ample for that.

I've debadged a few cars in the past so doing it's not a concern, revealing holes and having to reapply them is the ballache I'd rather avoid.

If anyone finds out for certain down the line, I'd appreciate the heads up.
I have thought about carbon fiber wrapping the Toyota badge or if I can find a decent price already carbon looking badge to swap I may do that... still interested to know how they are attached to the car though.
Exept for the "C-HR" badge on the tail i took all "Hybrid" and the "Toyota" badges off.. all badges have only sticky 3M tape.
I have removed all badges on my C-HR. They are all stuck with glue. I used a heat gun and dental floss. The area needs thorough cleaning with alcohol, nothing else will remove the glue residue properly. Ideally do a wax and buff job after. Took me 1 hour max.
Wow. I never knew people did this. Life's too short! But obviously others have more time than me! :)
