"It was an unusual occurrence and Toyota only starting to become aware of it"

At the dealers yesterday, having my cracked windscreen changed, and I was told that dealers do not need to get approval to have them fixed any more - just a photo and order a replacement asap.

Sounds as if the left hand doesn't talk to the right hand.

It sounds as if Toyota Customer Service is trying to "down play" the problem - certainly to the public.

I think that is a load of nonsense Toyota no it for months now.
Further, I don,t understand why a new Topic Cracked Windscreen there is already such Topic (at least 2)
