Does anyone know of a sure way to contact the factory direct so they could comment on the status of the car? Dealer's being weird and ignoring direct questions three times in a row now. They were supposed to inform of any change to the order, 6 weeks later contacted them myself and turned out the VIN was present and the status in the system had changed from Production to Ship. But dealer says there's 'no news' and ignores questions about the changes. So being flat out childishly weird about it.
Can't do much to press them on the weekend so thought maybe there's a known way to get an update elsewhere.
