After installing a after market double din dvd player which works great the clock isn't working an the wing mirrors not adjusting the mirrors fold jus the glass part not working any help would be greatly appreciated

Using a toyota harness but the acc wire in a black wire on another jack I didn't use any wire on the clock harness an everything already taped up
