CarPlay wireless connection issues

This has worked with no issue since I got the car new in Oct 2022. I thought I'd try my old Alexa Auto but decided I wasn't going to use it after a few days. Since then, no matter what guidance I follow, I cannot get it to connect wirelessly anymore. Worked through every flow chart on the web. Anyone else had this issue? I've removed phone / blue tooth connection etc on both headunit and phone. Nada. Works with cable still.
