@hollyanna, please don't double post - use post editing feature.

There's a separate manual for all types of audio systems (https://image.prntscr.com/image/ueJQkES7TwaaPy1mNP_eeg.png)
And please use forum search. You already would've found about folder limitations.
MY SYSTEM IS NOT IN ANY OF THE MANUALS ( I HAVE LOOKED )I HAVE BEEN TO MY TOYOTA DEALER AND THEY CAN'T FIND IT. PHIL

IF im not mistaken, you can go to Toyota website according to your country, register, and with your VIN you can download your official manual.

Stop shouting and what spec stereo do you have? Touch 2 or touch 2 with go. You may have to update the firmware with a map update as it contains some fixes for several bugs including the one that you mentioned. There are several post on this already

I have Icon. I have no satnav- just the FM/DABradio/USB stick etc bit. I have never had need of a separate manual as I have just experimented and got what I want to work to just work. I run music off various USB sticks and had no problems; I also download podcasts to listen to....but tend to stick with the radio.

You have an answer above. But it does all still depend. For a definitive answer (though ans has covered most bases!) you'll just have to learn from experience.
