There's plenty of posts about that, that is normal, does that to avoid battery damage

Not true, if you go down hill for a long time, no matter how much you use EV, battery will go full.
I live in the mountains and there's no chance to avoid it, it gets completely full a couple of times daily,
Still, all good, 1.5 years and 30K Km,
Nothing to complain
