Hi all,

Well my 3yrs in Cyprus with the RAF has been completed and now back in the UK.

Picked up my CH-R from Southampton fresh from its journey from Cyprus, and had an epic journey back home picking up my two dogs from Gatwick.

The CH-R really impressed me on my return to the UK.
With the seats down, managed to get two large dog crates and a medium and small suitcase all fitted inside each other in the rear.
As well as a lab and British bulldog all nestled in comfortably.
The space under the front seats is unreal and seemed never ending when packing smaller items.

The car, well it automatically detected the road signs (km/h in Cyprus). Sat Nav was awesome and so easy to use and even let me know 60miles out that there was major traffic and gave me the option of diverting.

Managed 48mpg (1.2T manual) over 360miles and this was travelling at mostly 80-85mph (naughty me!).

Adaptive cruise control worked a treat and took the stress out of a long journey.

The best bit, how comfortable are the seats on the excel! So snug, both me and the wife didn't have any aches or pains.

Only saw 2 CH-R's over two days one blue excel and one blue dynamic.

More in love with my CH-R than before.
