Hi Folks,
I am a 58 year old bloke who has just taken (four days ago) delivery of his fifth company car (yes a C-HR). In the past I have owned Audi Quattro's and driven top end Audi's and VW Passat's as company cars. The C-HR has replaced a Toyota Prius Plus which I chose for it's size and emission levels. Never at any time did I consider the Prius as large or unwieldy but with my children growing up I decided that the next car would be a bit smaller, but would still need low emissions and a highish driving position. I just want to say that I absolutely love the C-HR, its the most comfortable, fun, technologically advanced car that I have ever driven. I went for the Dynamic in Metal Stream with Chrome Accents and mud-flaps and I love the attention it gets.
I can't believe that a bloke like me, a senior manager, who likes listening to classical music and who thought that he was ready for settling for boring/mundane driving just to save some monies on tax liabilities is so excited about his new car. I find myself constantly looking at it through the window, I look at the reflection of it as I'm passing shop windows, I can't wait to sit in traffic on the motorway just so I can use the radar cruise control (I know thats not it's official name but I couldn't be bothered to look it up - you all know what I mean
) I love watching people stare at it because they've never seen one before. By comparison to the Prius the chassis is so taught and fun to drive.
I just want to put on record I LOVE THIS CAR!!!
