Not sure when it was updated but the my Toyota app on Android now has a route planning option. Makes it a lot quicker to get to than having to go to the website and seems to work well.

Just had an update on IOS and journey planning is now included

I'm on iOS and had the update - I get a blue screen for about 5 seconds and then the app quits. The problem is still there after a phone reboot. I've an iphone 6 running iOS 10.3.3 anyone else has the same problem?

Sorted my problem by uninstalling the app then reinstalling it. It could be it didn't like the fact I changed my password a couple of weeks ago on the PC and never used the app since then.

Had someone else I know have a similar problem so seems quite likely. Uninstall/reinstall it is the modern turn it off and on again

When you plan a journey in the app, and send it to your vehicle. Where do you actually find it on the entertainment system. Either it's not working or I'm looking in wrong place.
