had my fuel tank checked its ok
had my 10000 mile service done
Having my chrome sills on doors replaced as coming off 2nd time this has happened to be phoned by Toyota to say that all the black trims on all 4 doors needs replacing as the glue used to put the chrome sills back on has had a reaction and melted the black trim. They have had my car since the 10th of august and up dated me to say the parts my be here the 1st week of September. They have given me an Auris hybrid not the same as my chr. Do you think I should ask for compensation as its the garage that are at fault fixing the chrome sills. ???
I'm paying for a car I cant use.!!!

Worth a try. might get something out of them. Could always ask for some extras to be put on the car

Not sure if you're in the UK John but if you are, your dealers can arrange a like for like replacement from HQ if you request it.
