Re: disbelief service from Toyota

They broke a law of Akio Toyoda.. huge shame!

When consumers purchase a Toyota, they are not simply purchasing a car, truck or van. They are placing their trust in our company.

Re: Delivery times

So when you say "available" are these in stock in the UK at dealers? Or are they ordered cars by customers being processed / built? Available tells that its in the factorys pipeline thats running.. or its already build car that is located on a hub or already at a local dealer. None of these ´availa...

Re: Winter Wheels

I got a set of genuine 17" alloy wheels (used) for the wintertires. That way you can use same wheelnuts also. ;)

Re: Steering Wheel Locks for C-HR

With all the news about an increase in the theft of cars due to thieves exploiting keyless systems, do any other forum members have a visible deterrent such as a steering wheel lock? If so I wondered what types fit the C-HR because while "Stoplock" gets good reviews, according to it's website, none...

Re: Dirty windows.

Windows just get dirty from AC.. thats a fact! For good cleaning: use microfiber sponge (or wrap microfiber towell on a sponge) and spray window cleaner on it. Then wash windows with it. After that, take a clean microfiber towell (best is waffle microfiber towell) to wipe it all clean. --> Dont spra...

Re: Toyota C-HR turns itself on and/or doesn't turn off

You have got a 2.0L model and no Hybrid.

The C-HR have keyless entry. No keyless start. The car has to ´see´ the key close to him (her) before it can start. Normally..
Something is not OK with your car. Take care of that because the carbon monoxide is a dirty no-smell killer.

Re: Keeping the plastic trim looking nice!

Meguiars All Purpose Cleaner (APC) but any household degreaser works also fine.
Spray on, rub with (soft) dishbrush or a white ´wondersponge´ and rinse off. When its dry (next day) use the trim restorer.
