Re: Headlights on from the key fob?

I have made it myself with my Arduino Canbus hack. DRL and taillights turn on on locking/unlocking and when I approach the vehicle. How you do it? Made custom software for an Arduino pro micro and used an Aliexpress CAN bus interface. This is wired up to the Canbus network interface. The OBD port i...

Re: Humidity on the inside of the cabin

My car has been in for it's 2nd year service.
They have used silicone-kit between two rubber strips on the tailgate as advised by Toyota.

We'll now have to see if it helps.

But it is an acknowledged problem now with Toyota. It seems only a small amount of cars are effected.

In the Netherlands I can't find any original Toyota Android app.
Does anyone have a link?

Re: Multi-display freeze symbol

One or more of the sensors are covered / dirty.

It has nothing to do with frost or temperature.

Had this once when one of the sensors came loose and fell into the bumper.

Re: Windscreen demist function

I have the system on auto but aircon off.
As soon as I press the windscreen demistify button. The aircon is turned on and the fan speed increases, as far as I can tell, to one step below maximum.

I don't recall it 100%, but I believe there are settings for its behavior in Techstream.
