Re: Battery resilience

Don,t disconnect the negative pole of the 12-volt battery. After three months (special in the winter) when you connect it again the most safety systems give a warning and the dashboard looks like a Christmas tree and you can make a trip to the dealer. Hey all,

So every time I start the car I have to press the hols button so that I can release the break at a traffic light. Is there any way to have this set to "always on?" I cannot seem to find anything in the settings or anywhere.

TIA
Unfortunately, that is not possible.

It may be because the new corolla and I'm assuming lexus UX have a physical 1st gear (launch gear) then it changes over to the CVT.
That is only for the non hybrids.

Re: It took me a while to..............

There is an unfortunate attitude problem with some posters on this forum, which has spoiled it for me and makes me wary about asking for advice in case one gets a sarcastic, know all, or a RTFM reply. None of which is helpful, of course one should read the manual but it is not always very clear and...
