Re: Me and never ending story ie TT2 & Go. Play lists in USB

Has anyone else noticed that TT2 & Go plays music from USB stick in any order or "loses" tracks? I have not yet understood the order in which the player plays the music. It seems to be a coincidence. I have a "Normal play order" setting but the songs do not play in the playlist order. I have a USB ...

Re: Toyota C-HR turns itself on and/or doesn't turn off

Now I do not understand. How can I stop the car without braking? I drive the car to my yard and the gear is in the D position. I do not brake and do not move the gear to the P position. How do I stop it? Do I press the Power switch while the car is still moving. :? The discussion is not about stopp...

In item 2 is said "shift the shift level to P" and this cannot be done unless the brake pedal is depressed.
That is factually incorrect too, I’m afraid. I just tried it. You can move the gear shift lever without the brake pedal depressed.

Re: Toyota C-HR turns itself on and/or doesn't turn off

I think the brake pedal needs to be depressed when the C-HR is turned off. In item 2 is said "shift the shift level to P" and this cannot be done unless the brake pedal is depressed. In item 4 the brake pedal is released, but not before the power switch is printed. No it doesn’t. I tested it and po...

Re: Toyota C-HR turns itself on and/or doesn't turn off

At least my Hybrid doesn't turn off if you're not holding brake pedal pressed. It goes to Accessory mode I believe I tested this and that is definitely not what happens with mine ( the uk manual has the same section by the way, they just head it “Stopping the hybrid system”). The sequences I get ar...

Re: Toyota C-HR turns itself on and/or doesn't turn off

Yes, you have to. Turning off without a brake it goes to Off mode, but doesn't turn off the hybrid system. At least that's how I understand manual. After you stop and switch to P you have to press Power button and only then release the brake pedal. Screenshot_1.png I will go and try it out but I th...

Sounds like when turning it off you didn't press the brake pedal hard enough :/
I’m puzzled by this reply - I don’t think you have to press the brake to turn off ( just for turning on)

Re: Toyota C-HR turns itself on and/or doesn't turn off

Sounds odd. Never had it start on its own - that should be sorted by dealer. But I have had the “not turning off” problem and I believe it is me pressing the button with one hand before the other hand had fully engaged the Park mode with the “gear” lever. Might that be the case with you? ps not sure...

So, just to recap, to get the most out of the air con, what settings should we choose ? Because mine is rubbish compared to my Focus.
Set to auto. Set a/c to fast (not eco). Switch on internal recycling. Set temperature well down (18 or less). Works for me.
