Yes I see that Alex but my fob was just 6 feet away could someone open the door touching the door handle lines without a device ? I don't think you stand any chance of the dealer replacing a faulty HV battery free of charge, they don't even want to replace faulty 12v batteries free of charge under warranty.
They replaced my 12v battery under warranty with no hassle
