Re: Steering Wheel Locks for C-HR

In order for thieves to break into a keyless car, the signal from the key must be reflected and amplified. If the key is stored in a tin can, the signal cannot be captured because the tin can is practically a Faraday cage. I tried this, but when I tested it by walking up to the car with the keys in...

Sorry, I thought this was obvious to everyone. So I put a QRG link so everyone can look at what Entune contains.

Another way is to keep the key at home in a tin can. In order for thieves to break into a keyless car, the signal from the key must be reflected and amplified. Re: Apple carplay support

So I have the Toyota Touch 2 Go and my phone is an iPhone X. I have found them to be quite good together, even showing my text messages to me. However, rented a VW a couple of weeks ago on a trip in the UK which had a good media system. After a few days I plugged my phone in to charge it and up cam...

Re: Question to JBL system owners & audiophiles

My car has the best possible Toyota audio that was possible in 2017. I don't know what it's official model as they change from one country to another and from year to year. However, it is a JBL with nine speakers. In Finland the package is / was called Toyota Touch and Go plus with navigation system...

Re: USB connection

This problem must be a Windows "feature". If proper mp3 file is in proper file format the music player must play it. No play list is needed, but the above does not mean Windows not especially TT2. TT2 is Windows-like BlackBerry QNX mess-up Linux.

Re: Me and never ending story ie TT2 & Go. Play lists in USB

Yesterday I made as good a USB stick for TT2 as I could. I copied 134 tracks to the same directory, checked and corrected gain with QMP3Gain, checked and corrected ID3 tags of playlist with Kid3 (one misspelling) and tested everything with 3 music player Amarok, Clementine and VLC. I added the same ...
